Description

  • Design mobile-first experiences across iOS, Android, and web while following platform conventions and the design system.
  • Own discovery research and testing, including interviews, usability testing, and concept testing.
  • Define customer problems and hypotheses with cross-functional squads and select appropriate validation methods.
  • Design trustworthy AI-powered features for matching, personalization, and communication.
  • Use product analytics and qualitative feedback to measure impact and guide iteration.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, research, content, data, and commercial teams; facilitate workshops and communicate design rationale.
  • Contribute to accessible, cross-platform design-system patterns.
  • Map end-to-end journeys and service relationships while championing scalable, accessible design.
  • Own the product design process from discovery through delivery and influence product strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong systems-thinking experience designing complex customer journeys end to end.
  • Ability to establish customer-centered vision and balance member needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Hands-on user research, synthesis, experimentation, problem framing, and hypothesis-testing experience.
  • Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with advanced prototyping experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered work with measurable customer and business impact.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile interface guidelines and experience designing native iOS and Android products, as well as web.
  • Daily experience using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools; familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar preferred.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, stakeholder alignment, and negotiation skills in empowered cross-functional squads.
  • Experience in scale-ups with strong product and experimentation cultures.
  • Preferred: experience with AI/ML features, two-sided marketplaces, subscription or membership products, trust and safety, Amplitude, Mode, Dovetail, or Chattermill.
