Description

  • Lead development and execution of revenue-driven CRM and loyalty strategies and own the CRM/loyalty roadmap to deliver measurable impact on revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Define targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies to maximize commercial outcomes and build business cases with revenue forecasts and ROI tracking.
  • Own and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Connect, CDP) and drive platform governance, data integrity, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance platform capabilities, integrations, and scalability, and lead implementation of advanced features such as Einstein, Datorama, and real-time personalization.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) with commercially driven KPIs and lifecycle marketing strategies for acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Develop and run A/B and multivariate testing strategies, conduct post-campaign analysis, and implement learnings to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Own campaign performance reporting and analytics, develop dashboards linking CRM metrics to business KPIs, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and incremental gross profit.
  • Define and refine customer segmentation frameworks based on value, behavior, and lifecycle stage, and partner with analytics teams on predictive modeling and AI-driven insights.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Retail, Digital, and IT teams; manage external agencies and technology partners; and mentor CRM team members to grow capability and align activities with commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of CRM, loyalty, or marketing automation experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Connect, CDP).
  • Proven experience managing teams and large-scale CRM programs and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and analytics.
  • Experience implementing advanced SFMC features and integrations (Einstein, Datorama, real-time personalization) preferred.
  • Experience in retail, loyalty, or customer-centric industries preferred.
  • Proven ability in strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and project management.
  • Experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests and translating results into optimizations.
