Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Microsoft Dynamics environments.
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes for Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Manage and optimize cloud and infrastructure resources supporting Dynamics applications.
  • Implement infrastructure as code and configuration management practices.
  • Support environment provisioning, monitoring, and incident management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate Dynamics customizations and solutions smoothly.
  • Manage release processes across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices within DevOps workflows.
  • Monitor system performance and availability and troubleshoot deployment issues.
  • Document processes, pipelines, and deployment standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline design, and automation.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar version control and pipeline tools.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Experience managing deployments and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell or Bash.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
