Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy new Python-based automations and agentic workflows end to end.
  • Build and integrate agentic AI components such as LLM-based agents and orchestration frameworks.
  • Deploy and operate automations on Google Cloud Platform and integrate them with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Write and execute unit and integration tests and run them through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical defects, optimize performance, and stabilize automations before handoff.
  • Assess existing RPA/UiPath automations and convert them into Python-based agentic solutions when needed.
  • Act as a technical guide for junior and mid-level engineers and conduct peer code reviews.
  • Serve as a technical representative in client meetings and explain technical approach, trade-offs, and risks.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, product managers, and business analysts to prioritize and deliver the automation roadmap.
  • Stay current on trends in agentic AI and automation and help improve delivery methods and service offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Python software engineering experience, including production services, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Experience building or integrating agentic AI automations for simple-to-medium complexity business tasks.
  • Strong analytical and solution design skills for translating business processes into clean Python/agentic automations.
  • Experience with Python data and engineering libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on exposure to Google Cloud Platform, such as Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, GKE, or Google App Engine.
  • Strong track record working in Agile/Scrum enterprise environments with BAs, developers, and SMEs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with UiPath, other RPA platforms, or RPA-to-agentic conversion is preferred.
  • Exposure to consulting or client-facing delivery roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure is preferred.
  • Interest in process mining, low-code platforms, or conversational AI is preferred.
