Description

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI and agentic AI solutions tied to enterprise outcomes.
  • Translate enterprise problems into structured product requirements and outcome-driven priorities with clear tradeoffs.
  • Research user behavior, trust barriers, and competitive GenAI patterns to inform product direction.
  • Design and run experiments, proofs of concept, pilots, and scenario-based tests to validate agentic workflows and assumptions.
  • Define agent behavior, prototype prompts and tool schemas, and partner with engineering on context management and multi-step task design.
  • Drive architecture tradeoffs by balancing quality, cost, latency, and model selection across agent workflows.
  • Build AI prototypes to validate hypotheses and establish human-in-the-loop boundaries, guardrails, and escalation paths.
  • Create evaluation frameworks and production-readiness practices for observability, drift, responsible AI, and prompt versioning.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through phased rollout, including metrics, reporting, and launch coordination.
  • Manage backlog, scope, dependencies, risks, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across the initiative.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in product management, forward deployment, or solutions engineering.
  • Experience shipping AI products from prototype through production at scale.
  • Deep GenAI fluency across LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, context engineering, and evals.
  • Hands-on experience building or shipping agentic systems with planning, tool use, human-in-the-loop flows, and guardrails.
  • Proven ability to prototype AI solutions using tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Copilot.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments and making product tradeoffs based on technical constraints.
  • Strong communication skills, including writing PRDs, technical specs, and decision logs, and aligning with senior executives.
  • PM-level fluency across the AWS AI ecosystem, including Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, Strands, Kendra, OpenSearch, Lambda, and Step Functions.
  • Software engineering or coding background in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript is preferred.
  • Agency or consulting delivery experience is preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is preferred.
  • Familiarity with open-source LLMs such as Llama or Mistral is preferred.
  • Experience leading time-boxed discovery initiatives or technical spikes is preferred.
