Description

  • Define and own the product strategy and long-term vision aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead and scale product teams, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development.
  • Establish team structures, decision-making hierarchies, and operating cadences.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through launch, iteration, and sunset.
  • Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Apply Agile and Lean methodologies to improve delivery predictability and cross-team collaboration.
  • Drive roadmap planning, forecasting, and velocity management to support on-time delivery.
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to define and prioritize requirements.
  • Champion user-centered design principles and improve user experience.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders and key customers to gather feedback and maintain alignment.
  • Contribute to operational planning, including OKRs, capacity planning, and performance metrics.
  • Rapidly assess existing processes and implement scalable frameworks in complex environments.

Requirements

  • Experience defining product strategy and long-term vision for complex products.
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performing product teams.
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
  • Strong market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
  • Knowledge of revenue growth strategies, customer segmentation, and targeted product initiatives.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Understanding of B2B/B2C SaaS business models and product considerations.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages to communicate effectively with engineering.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level communication.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive product vision and roadmap.
  • 3-month fixed-term W2 contract, with quarterly evaluation and likely extension.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour workweek.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
