Description

  • Participate in Ro’s cross-functional advertising review process to evaluate creative assets for FDA advertising and promotion compliance.
  • Review social media ads, website content, TV and audio spots, and out-of-home advertising materials.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on FDA advertising and promotion requirements.
  • Support claims development and substantiation efforts across marketing and product teams.
  • Stay current on FDA regulations and industry trends in health product advertising.
  • Maintain company-wide advertising and promotion guidelines.
  • Deliver trainings on advertising and promotion policies and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Brand & Creative, and Clinical teams on compliant marketing execution.

Requirements

  • PharmD strongly preferred, or an MS with significant regulatory affairs experience.
  • PharmD fellowship preferred.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Deep knowledge of FDA advertising and promotional regulations and guidance is required.
  • Ability to innovate, analyze, and solve problems with minimal supervisory input.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Comfort collaborating across disciplines and working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience applying FDA advertising rules in new or evolving spaces such as telehealth is preferred.
