Description

  • Own instructional design projects end-to-end, with an emphasis on engaging, asynchronous-first learning.
  • Build modular learning content that scales across roles and audiences while accounting for differing workflows and clinical responsibilities.
  • Partner with Clinical, Operations, Product, Quality & Safety, and other subject matter experts to translate complex information into practical training.
  • Develop and maintain learning for onboarding, ongoing development, clinical programs, product launches, systems, policies, and workflow changes.
  • Design training that emphasizes practical application, decision-making, and on-the-job performance.
  • Manage multiple learning projects and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical or healthcare training role.
  • Strong instructional design expertise, including adult learning principles, needs analysis, measurable objectives, application-based learning, and assessment design.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical, technical, and operational information into clear learning experiences.
  • Experience partnering with clinical subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience developing across learning modalities and technologies.
  • Experience with Articulate 360, including Rise and Storyline.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics preferred.
  • Telemedicine training experience preferred.
  • Clinical experience, including RN experience, preferred.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and instructional judgment.
