Description

Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets for engineering projects.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, stakeholders, and internal team members to keep projects aligned.
Review technical drawings and specifications for compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Maintain project technical documentation, including plans, specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
Monitor project progress and performance and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Identify project risks proactively and help implement mitigation solutions.
Support procurement by preparing requests for proposals and assisting with bid evaluations.
Facilitate communication within the project team and document project decisions and changes.
Participate in site visits and inspections to verify quality and safety compliance.
Assist with project documentation, reports, presentations, final deliverables, and close-out activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency with project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Ability to complete pre-employment screening, including professional reference checks and a criminal record check.
