Description

  • Support the deployment and integration of Ripjar’s Screening software.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of deployment automation and tooling.
  • Assist with packaging and releasing platform components for SaaS and enterprise deployments.
  • Work with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and operational processes.
  • Support environments used for development, testing, and production workloads.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to deployment, configuration, and infrastructure.
  • Develop scripts and tooling to automate operational and deployment tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to support successful customer implementations.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting or implementing software deployments in production environments across cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
  • Experience administering Linux-based systems.
  • Experience writing scripts or automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience troubleshooting issues across infrastructure, configuration, and application layers.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve operational issues.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or Apache Kafka is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience deploying or supporting distributed systems is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience supporting enterprise deployments is beneficial but not required.
