Description

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and growth goals.
  • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Lead creator outreach, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Plan and execute campaigns including product seeding, paid partnerships, and long-term ambassador programs.
  • Collaborate with content, paid, and social teams to amplify influencer content.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
  • Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
  • Stay current on platform trends, creator landscape shifts, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in influencer or creator marketing across B2C, B2B, or D2C brands.
  • Proven ability to build and scale influencer programs.
  • Experience managing creator relationships and negotiations.
  • Understanding of platform-specific trends and best practices.
  • Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven outcomes.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfort working across different industries and brand voices.
  • Experience with affiliate or performance-based influencer programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms/tools such as Aspire, CreatorIQ, GRIN, or Upfluence is preferred.
  • Experience with paid social amplification of influencer content is preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution is preferred.
