Description

  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution of podcast media campaigns focused on direct response and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and continuously optimize campaigns to improve outcomes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with publishers to support strong campaign performance.
  • Work with advertiser teams to write, test, and optimize copy and other creative deliverables.
  • Lead clients toward clear channel-specific performance goals with a high standard of execution quality.
  • Stay current on industry trends and identify growth opportunities for campaigns.
  • Apply an in-house channel-manager approach to launching, auditing, and scaling podcast advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid user acquisition, growth marketing, and/or media planning/buying in a direct response or performance marketing environment.
  • Podcast advertising experience is preferred, but related offline or endorsement channels are also acceptable.
  • Experience in related channels such as YouTube endorsement, terrestrial/SXM radio, DRTV, direct mail, or other offline/endorsement media is valued.
  • Experience from an in-house, freelance/consulting, agency, or publisher background is relevant.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to self-start and self-organize.
  • Ability to draw compelling insights from performance data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Comfort working in a client-facing environment and maintaining relationships with publishers.
  • A proactive mindset focused on improving process and outcomes.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to work seriously without being overly formal.
