Description

  • Perform all site monitoring visit activities, including PSV, SIV, IMV, and COV visits.
  • Participate in the site selection process with oversight from the Clinical Team Lead.
  • Provide follow-up and corrective action support to sites until deficiencies are resolved.
  • Contribute to the development and review of protocols, study tools, trial materials, and study documentation.
  • Mentor, train, and co-monitor junior clinical team members.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with clinical sites and internal teams.
  • Communicate project goals and critical requirements to sites and team members.
  • Attend and present at meetings and conferences, including Investigator Meetings.
  • Participate in the RFP process and business development meetings.
  • Perform onsite and remote monitoring and study closure activities across multiple protocols.

Requirements

  • BA/BS, preferably in a life science, nursing, pharmacy, or related field.
  • Approximately 2 years of on-site monitoring experience for CRA II candidates.
  • Approximately 4-5+ years of on-site monitoring experience for Senior CRA candidates.
  • Experience within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of medical and therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and EDC systems.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple sites and protocols within timelines and budgets.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high scientific and quality standards.
  • Willingness to learn, train, collaborate, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
