Description

  • Lead and facilitate onboarding training sessions for new hires and clients, including BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve onboarding and training materials such as SOPs, guides, videos, and presentations.
  • Train new employees on internal systems, including Rethink, scheduling platforms, and communication tools.
  • Conduct system walk-throughs and hands-on training to confirm competency.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to ensure onboarding training aligns with clinical standards and expectations.
  • Track training completion and employee readiness before employees begin working with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up training after onboarding as needed.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve training programs and processes.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination, including documentation, scheduling, and system setup.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding and initial training.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or employee enablement, with healthcare or ABA experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and train diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using and training others on multiple systems and software.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, easy-to-understand training.
  • Proactive, patient, and supportive approach to training.
  • Able to work remote U.S. hours from 9am-5pm EST.
