Description

  • Work inbound leads daily and qualify families for services.
  • Conduct free intake consultations by phone and guide families through the onboarding process.
  • Manage intake paperwork, documentation, and CRM updates through completion.
  • Respond to scheduling requests and manage the scheduling phone line for families and staff.
  • Build and maintain client schedules based on availability and clinical recommendations.
  • Coordinate therapist assignments and make schedule adjustments for changes, cancellations, call-outs, and vacations.
  • Communicate schedule updates to families, RBTs, BCBAs, and leadership.
  • Monitor schedule consistency and help maximize client access to services.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and keep services running smoothly.
  • Build relationships with pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, and other community referral sources.

Requirements

  • Experience in ABA, healthcare scheduling, staffing coordination, or client services.
  • Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple calendars or schedules simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working U.S. hours (9am-5pm EST).
  • Remote work from South Africa.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Salary paid in South African Rand (ZAR).
