Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, families, and referral sources.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries about ABA therapy services.
  • Collect and verify patient and family information during intake.
  • Gather required documentation, including insurance details, referrals, and medical records.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits when required.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, healthcare professionals, referral sources, and internal teams.
  • Review referrals, identify missing information, and resolve documentation issues.
  • Maintain accurate, current, and confidential patient records.
  • Schedule assessments, consultations, and other appointments.
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation and communicate intake status to internal teams.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to admissions, referrals, authorizations, and onboarding.
  • Ensure intake activities are accurate, timely, and compliant with healthcare privacy requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in healthcare administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Comfort communicating with parents, caregivers, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home-office setup.
  • Availability to work US business hours, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST.
