Description

  • Manage the content calendar and maintain posting consistency across channels.
  • Publish and schedule social media content.
  • Create employee spotlight campaigns, parent success stories, and review generation campaigns.
  • Write and assemble newsletters and repurpose blog content for other channels.
  • Promote community outreach initiatives through content and social media.
  • Develop recruiting content and employer branding materials.
  • Support community engagement through audience-focused content and outreach.
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Monitor key KPIs including engagement growth, follower growth, and recruiting content output.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent written English and strong content writing skills.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement and audience growth strategies.
  • Ability to create recruiting, employer branding, and community-focused content.
  • Experience developing newsletters, success stories, and promotional campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfort with tracking performance metrics and preparing monthly reports.
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to maintain brand consistency across content.
