Description

  • Review incoming community interactions across social media platforms and communicate directly with players.
  • Respond to comments and player queries in a timely manner.
  • Create engaging social media content.
  • Build reports on community growth and engagement and propose improvements based on findings.
  • Collect, organize, and report player feedback to developers.
  • Help foster and maintain a safe, welcoming game community.
  • Moderate discussions and comments according to community guidelines.
  • Suggest new ways to grow and support the community proactively.
  • Create and update documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in community management or social media for gaming.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bilingual ability is a plus, especially English plus French, Spanish, or German.
  • Passion for video games and social media.
  • Strong understanding of community management and social media platforms, including Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Experience with social listening and social management best practices.
  • Experience managing or moderating an active gaming community.
  • Higher education in marketing, business administration, communication, adult education, or a related field.
