Description

Own hands-on product management for ad formats and templates, including concepts, specifications, product marketing, user guides, and go-to-market execution.
Define and build scalable, high-performing ad formats across display, native, and CTV environments.
Partner with design, development, and production teams to bring templates, specs, and features to market.
Improve usability and workflow efficiency for advertisers and publishers creating responsive ads.
Ensure templates are flexible, customizable, and compatible with industry standards and platform requirements.
Drive innovation in dynamic, data-driven creative and modular design systems.
Develop agentic solutions for text-direction setup and execution.
Streamline automated production processes to enable faster ad creation at scale.
Collaborate across Creative Studio, Product, Innovation, Creative Services, Account Management, and AI-driven ad tech execution teams.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience building HTML5 interactive and animated ads.
3+ years of experience in the advertising industry with a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including display, native, CTV, and programmatic.
1+ years of hands-on ad production and development experience with backend applications, services, databases, and data systems.
Experience with AWS Redshift, Google Cloud, MongoDB, and SQL.
Strong product management expertise, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
Experience with creative tooling, design systems, or template-based product environments.
Specification and presentation skills, including demonstrable math and number presentation ability.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Strong consistency and attention to detail.
Experience developing JavaScript architectures that promote reuse, readability, and best-practice coding standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfort working in a virtual, global team environment.
Interest in joining a small founder-led team.
