Description

  • Support the Program Delivery Manager with KPI tracking, reporting, and documentation on schedule.
  • Review and evaluate transportation electrification grant applications against eligibility and scoring criteria.
  • Conduct due diligence on applicant organizations and proposed projects.
  • Draft application summaries, project summaries, and funding recommendations.
  • Develop summary slide decks for internal and external audiences.
  • Conduct applicant interviews as part of the review process.
  • Present findings and funding recommendations to grant selection committees.
  • Use GIS tools to assess geographic distribution and equity considerations across applicant portfolios.
  • Provide administrative support and complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in Urban Planning, Engineering, Nonprofit Management, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in transportation electrification, clean energy, or environmental equity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Passion for equitable clean energy access and understanding of how transportation electrification intersects with environmental justice and community resilience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GIS mapping tools is preferred.
  • Availability to work 16-20 hours per week during standard business hours (9 AM–5 PM), with flexibility for additional application review.
  • Employment subject to successful completion of a background check and reference check, and possibly a pre-employment drug screen.
