Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex technical system solutions for demand side management, transportation electrification, and clean energy technologies.
  • Analyze customer business drivers, key use cases, and objectives to develop tailored solutions.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the company's no-code/low-code SaaS platforms and serve as a senior advisor.
  • Improve internal and external systems and workflows to align with strategic business goals.
  • Prepare gap analysis reports, use-case documents, and technical requirements/specification documents.
  • Provide senior-level consulting on product configuration, launch, and ongoing system support for energy efficiency management products.
  • Manage full life cycle implementation of enterprise software systems in line with industry best practices and project guidelines.
  • Implement business logic, user interfaces, and databases while collaborating with client technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support team skill development.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or an MBA with a Technology Management focus preferred, or significant relevant experience in lieu of formal education.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems development, specializing in energy efficiency management systems.
  • 5+ years of work experience as an analyst in the utility energy efficiency industry.
  • 4+ years of experience with HTML and CSS.
  • 4+ years of experience with a template language such as Jinja or Freemarker.
  • Hands-on experience with day-to-day application development using no-code/low-code platforms or web development tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and implement complex energy data solutions for clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and experience guiding teams and managing projects.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $95,000 to $110,000.
  • Discretionary annual bonus eligibility.
  • Three weeks of paid vacation per year plus paid holidays.
