Description

  • Lead and oversee a cross-functional team of operations staff supporting commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs.
  • Develop short- and long-term implementation plans and manage program implementation activities.
  • Manage subprojects and tasks by creating work plans, aligning staff assignments, and tracking progress against goals.
  • Prepare performance reports and forecasts for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Organize and maintain databases for data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting.
  • Identify, define, quantify, track, and drive program deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
  • Assess project progress continuously and develop creative solutions to implementation issues and changing market conditions.
  • Manage client expectations, communications, satisfaction, and issue resolution or escalation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Software, Marketing, and Finance to improve program efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in energy efficiency implementation is preferred.
  • Proven track record in project management is preferred.
  • Experience delivering strong client satisfaction is preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis is preferred.
  • Experience with Existing Building Commissioning is preferred.
  • Excellent project and program management skills are required.
  • Excellent data management and reporting skills are required.
  • Ability to plan short- and long-range strategy is required.
  • Proficiency in establishing job and work process flows is required.
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, meet deadlines, and work within budget is required.
  • Positive, action-oriented attitude with initiative and creativity is required.
  • Strong client service focus and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels is required.
  • Interest in sustainability and passion for environmental impact is required.
  • Preferred location in New York or Massachusetts within the Northeast region.
