Description

  • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business workflows, data environments, and supply chain risk challenges.
  • Design scalable AI-driven solutions aligned to customer objectives and Resilinc platform capabilities.
  • Lead implementation of data integrations, workflows, and AI use cases.
  • Configure and deploy solutions in customer environments with speed and accuracy.
  • Own time-to-value from onboarding through initial customer outcomes.
  • Build Proofs of Concept and MVPs that demonstrate measurable business impact.
  • Translate AI capabilities into outcomes such as risk reduction, supplier visibility, and disruption response.
  • Serve as a technical advisor on integration strategies, APIs, data models, and architecture decisions.
  • Train internal teams and customers on platform capabilities, best practices, and solution design.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Sales, and Customer teams to support adoption and relay customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in solutions engineering, forward deployment, or enterprise architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with data integration, including APIs, ETL pipelines, and SQL.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, with Azure preferred.
  • Experience working with large, messy enterprise datasets.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, with practical application preferred over theory.
  • Ability to work directly with global enterprise customers in a consulting capacity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering roles such as Palantir-style FDE, solutions architect, or implementation engineer is preferred.
  • Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise SaaS platforms is preferred.
  • Experience building MVPs or deploying AI-driven workflows in production environments is preferred.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments is preferred.
  • India-based and able to work fully remotely with occasional travel as needed.
