Description

  • Perform administrative data entry and client setup tasks, including new client, location, store opening, and store closing records.
  • Respond to client phone and email communications within 24 hours and provide support as needed.
  • Update pricing, service durations, and new services as directed by Account Management and Operations teams.
  • Manage client announcements, buffers, round generation, blackout dates/times, and other service parameters per statement of work terms.
  • Validate client data, including work order generation and monthly billing accuracy.
  • Create client documents for additional services, including readiness audits, franchisee requests, small client sales, and price increase letters.
  • Maintain client documentation such as signed agreements, statements of work, client desktops, and other continuity records.
  • Monitor deadlines, open work orders, round end dates, and audit scores, and schedule re-audits when required.
  • Support the Vertical Leader, Operations team, Logistics, and field personnel to deliver service to clients.
  • Assist with new client implementations, mass changes, new system implementations, and other Brand Standards Support Services projects.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely data in Brand Standards systems.
  • Demonstrated On Brand behavior and superior internal and external customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage administrative data entry and client support tasks with accuracy.
  • Ability to validate client data and billing information.
  • Ability to work within established service parameters and statement of work requirements.
  • Ability to act as back-up support for other team members when needed.
  • Salary range of $40,000-$45,000 annually.
