Description

  • Organize and categorize client emails to support efficient access and follow-up.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets tracking corporate clients, fiscal year-end dates, and filing deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a structured digital and/or physical filing system.
  • Keep company contact lists updated and accessible.
  • Support the accounting team by implementing organizational methods that improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor administrative details to help ensure timely compliance with financial and tax obligations.
  • Manage email correspondence by client and maintain clear records.
  • Identify and implement organization systems that increase productivity.
  • Work independently and manage priorities without constant supervision.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative functions.
  • Ability to sort and manage email correspondence by client.
  • Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Capability to maintain accurate and up-to-date contact databases.
  • Proactive mindset for identifying and implementing organization systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities without constant supervision.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10am-12pm GMT-8 (Pacific Time, US & Canada).
