Description

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts with individual annual revenues below $100K per client.
  • Build productive, professional, and consultative relationships with key contacts at both the franchise and corporate levels.
  • Coordinate Specialists, Support Services, technical resources, operations management, and leadership to meet account objectives and client expectations.
  • Connect client stakeholders with the Steritech team through formal and informal meetings.
  • Monitor quality, calibration, round spread, dayparting, survey results, Specialist feedback, and service level agreements.
  • Share market segment insights, trends, benchmarking, and best practices with assigned clients.
  • Work with Accounts Receivable and clients to resolve outstanding invoices.
  • Execute contract renewals and price increase terms for assigned clients.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports and complete related administrative procedures.
  • Assess and validate customer needs while maintaining Steritech profitability and supporting account growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Excellent French and English communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a management-related field, or three years of progressive management experience in a related service industry, or successful completion of the internal account management track.
  • Self-starter able to perform in high-pressure and dynamic situations with skill and tact.
  • Strong time management and self-organization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating virtual meetings.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with a track record of results.
  • Financial knowledge and business acumen.
  • Attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel by car and airplane as needed.
  • Proficiency with Google applications such as Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive.
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings, including DMV, criminal, and drug checks.
  • Minimum three years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales and/or account management organization (preferred).
  • Experience in the foodservice, grocery, convenience, or QSR industry (preferred).
