Description

  • Build and support high-impact backend systems for banking, loans, core platform, and cards products.
  • Develop production-grade Java backend services using modern frameworks such as Spring Boot.
  • Contribute to cloud-native systems deployed on AWS and container-based infrastructure.
  • Design and support distributed systems that operate at scale with a focus on reliability and performance.
  • Write maintainable, testable code with strong attention to software quality and engineering craft.
  • Work on systems that require observability, monitoring, and operational awareness.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to deliver clear, well-architected solutions across teams.
  • Support internal platforms and product workflows beyond simple API development.
  • Help improve engineering excellence through good architecture and disciplined testing practices.

Requirements

  • Real production experience in Java backend development.
  • Experience with modern Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native environments.
  • Experience building and supporting distributed systems at scale.
  • Ability to write production-grade code with attention to reliability, maintainability, and testability.
  • Fintech experience is a strong plus, especially in payments or banking products.
  • Fluent in both Russian and English.
  • Understanding of how systems work under the hood, including observability and performance considerations.
  • Experience with the listed stack is relevant: AWS (EKS), MySQL, Kafka, Redis, Grafana, and Prometheus.
