Description

  • Manage and troubleshoot SIS-to-product data integration issues.
  • Write and update extract scripts and configure import processes to support data flow.
  • Perform database updates, merges, deletions, and imports while maintaining data integrity.
  • Conduct quality control checks, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data errors.
  • Respond to escalated data support cases and provide clear resolution updates.
  • Guide customers on ETL processes and data specifications.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams on complex integration and business rule issues.
  • Obtain, adjust, and validate data imported from external systems into Renaissance products.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer/Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Foundational knowledge of ETL processes, SQL querying, sFTP servers, and file path navigation in Linux/Mac OS and Windows.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to engage across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent customer support skills with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Growth mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn new technology and develop technical skills.
  • Experience writing SQL scripts.
  • Familiarity with Postman, SFTP clients, and API testing tools.
  • Previous experience in data analysis, integration, or technical support roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Product knowledge of Renaissance products, especially DnA, eduCLIMBER, and FastBridge (preferred).
  • Experience with educational technology or K-12 educational environments (preferred).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

  • Salary range of $50,100-$70,300.
