Description

  • Design and build Claude skills, MCP integrations, and automated content pipelines that turn internal knowledge into publication-ready documentation.
  • Review AI-assisted and engineer-authored content as the final quality gate for technical accuracy, clarity, and editorial polish.
  • Define content structures, metadata standards, and machine-readable documentation patterns that support agent consumption.
  • Train and support engineers and product managers to create their own documentation using the tools and frameworks you build.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure new features ship with documentation-ready context.
  • Build automated feedback loops to identify content gaps, outdated documentation, and quality issues.
  • Work with Developer Advocates to refine tutorials, blog posts, and SDK documentation for major releases.
  • Maintain documentation quality and consistency while helping the team move from a centralized writing model to a self-service model.

Requirements

  • Experience reading and writing code, with TypeScript or Python preferred.
  • Ability to build integrations and work comfortably with SDKs and APIs.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to turn rough technical drafts into clear documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Systems-thinking mindset focused on pipelines and frameworks rather than one-off documents.
  • Collaborative approach to working with engineering and product teams.
  • Professional-level fluency in English for writing and global team collaboration.
  • Background in Developer Advocacy or DevRel is a plus.
  • Experience building MCP servers or similar AI agent integrations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with docs-as-code workflows such as Mintlify or Docusaurus is a plus.
