Description

  • Lead design for a domain, making strategic user experience decisions for core features and future functionality.
  • Own design work across complex domains and multiple overlapping projects with minimal supervision.
  • Partner with product, engineering, stakeholders, and customers to identify needs, generate ideas, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Create user flows and designs ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to full-fidelity, pixel-ready specifications.
  • Contribute to the design system through critique, review, cross-domain initiatives, and design workshops.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to build scalable, polished components and maintain parity between design and implemented products.
  • Mentor teammates and help raise team quality through feedback, collaboration, and peer support.
  • Use AI prototyping to explore concepts, iterate with cross-functional peers, and bring ideas to life.
  • Champion usability, scalability, and accessibility across your work.
  • Advocate for quality, shape team ways of working, and influence design culture across the organization.

Requirements

  • Exemplary experience as an individual contributor product designer.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product design work, holistic thinking, scalable systems, and mastery of visual and interaction design fundamentals.
  • Ability to empathize with enterprise users and apply user-centered design techniques at scale.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to own design for complex domains and multiple overlapping projects autonomously.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product and engineering partners.
  • Ability to build consensus, resolve debates, and drive impactful business outcomes.
  • Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions, especially in HRTech or FinTech, is preferred.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
