Description

  • Own end-to-end creation and execution of high-impact video advertising assets for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the production pipeline for high-velocity performance video marketing, including workflow design for testing, learning, and scaling.
  • Manage day-to-day planning, organization, and project oversight for a demanding production schedule.
  • Develop modular workflows that enable rapid generation of hooks, iterations, and variants.
  • Ensure video assets adhere to defined guidelines and toolkits for global creative consistency and quality.
  • Partner with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to align motion design work with campaign goals and workflows.
  • Use performance data and A/B testing insights to refine creative concepts and improve campaign results.
  • Identify creative opportunities through performance metrics and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
  • Mentor team members on motion design, visual storytelling, brand integrity, and performance-driven creative decisions.
  • Support production goals by delivering motion assets for paid media, social, and digital campaigns under aggressive deadlines.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in motion design and/or video production with a strong portfolio of high-performing video and motion assets.
  • Ability to move from concept to final execution quickly and effectively.
  • Automate-first mindset with the ability to build tools or workflows that save time and scale production.
  • Experience translating data-driven insights into creative changes that improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Experience managing production schedules, large campaigns, and video projects from start to finish.
  • Proven ownership of major components of a design or creative production process, such as an ad production pipeline or asset toolkits.
  • Deep expertise in adapting existing assets for multiple channels.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience partnering across Marketing, Brand, and Content teams.
  • Adept at using AI in a video production context to simplify workflows or create tools.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
