Description

  • Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute the sales strategy for the Global Payroll solution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Global Payroll, product features, and industry developments.
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations, proposals, and presentations that communicate Remote’s value proposition.
  • Develop and refine sales-cycle playbooks and materials to improve the quality of Global Payroll deals.
  • Translate customer business needs into a scope of work ready for implementation handoff.
  • Enable solutions consulting and sales teams on the technical aspects and value proposition of the Global Payroll solution.
  • Provide commercially minded feedback to Product teams to help align Global Payroll with market needs.

Requirements

  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years of related experience with a Master’s degree.
  • Pre-sales solution consulting and/or other consulting experience with a proven consultative approach.
  • Consulting and/or sales experience with global payroll processes and systems.
  • Strong understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS.
  • Experience with contractor management tools or platforms, Employer of Record, Global Payroll, or HRIS is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and sales processes, with solid sales acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant payroll certifications such as CIPP, CIPM (UK), or an EMEA equivalent are a plus.
  • Familiarity with payroll accounting and tools such as Xero or QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in German or French is a plus.
  • Remote work experience is not required but is considered a plus.
