Description

  • Create and manage new business opportunities with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Maintain a clean, current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
  • Present Remote’s products and services to prospective clients clearly and effectively.
  • Respond promptly to client questions and follow-up questions throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams that support the client experience and sales process.
  • Close deals efficiently while guiding clients through the buying process.
  • Provide support and coaching to other Account Executives on deal execution.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and meet or exceed sales quota.
  • Identify and develop new leads through cold calling, networking, phone outreach, and industry events.
  • Tailor solutions to the needs of small, mid-sized, and large business customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proven success building relationships with key decision makers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong integrity, work ethic, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes and experience qualifying, closing, and forecasting opportunities.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong problem identification and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience as an Account Executive or in related SaaS sales is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
