Description

  • Act as the subject matter expert for payroll operations in the assigned country.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
  • Process full end-to-end in-house payroll, including statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality across payroll processes and records.
  • Perform accounting and reconciliations related to payroll.
  • Monitor and improve performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Implement and continuously improve payroll processes and workflows.
  • Mentor and support payroll specialists.
  • Back up regional managers during periods of absence.

Requirements

  • Payroll management or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international, asynchronous work environment.
  • Strong focus on productivity and process improvement.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
