Description

  • Build and lead the PMO function for the Payroll Business Operations team.
  • Develop and manage partner and customer integration architectures, implementation timelines, and operational workstreams.
  • Create clear and accurate implementation guides and related internal and external collateral.
  • Lead planning, tracking, and completion of project tasks through the onboarding and implementation process.
  • Develop project schedules and run regular meetings with operational leads.
  • Document, coordinate, and monitor partner and customer progress to ensure requirements are met.
  • Coordinate internal resources and drive projects to on-time, high-quality release.
  • Identify project risks and work with relevant teams to mitigate and resolve issues.
  • Communicate project plans, deployment progress, execution, and delivery using reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on strategic projects to improve and scale implementation processes and team operations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, implementations, or professional services in HR tech, fintech, or software/technology.
  • Strong leadership, intellectual curiosity, analytical ability, and technical understanding of software systems at scale.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS technology partnerships.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Passion for remote work and a global outlook preferred.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities are expected.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring others is required.
  • Location preferred in the United Kingdom or EMEA.
