Description

Design and execute organic search and AEO roadmaps for B2B and lead-generation clients.
Manage organic search execution across a portfolio of 3 to 5 accounts at once.
Lead semantic, entity, keyword, and topic cluster research to inform editorial planning and AI-readiness.
Partner with Directors of Growth on enterprise accounts and lead strategy reviews for smaller accounts.
Translate search analytics into clear, ROI-focused client presentations and recommendations.
Perform baseline technical SEO audits covering crawlability, site speed, schema, and indexing.
Monitor organic leads, keyword visibility, and conversions using SEO and analytics tools.
Communicate proactively about campaign blockers, opportunities, and priorities.

Requirements

4+ years of professional SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting managing multiple clients.
Fluent written and spoken English with confidence presenting directly to U.S. clients.
Strong focus on content marketing, B2B lead generation, and entity/keyword research for text-heavy industries.
Experience creating and implementing SEO/AEO roadmaps from technical audits through content execution.
Familiarity with AI-driven search models and conversational search interfaces such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
Experience with structured data and baseline technical SEO concepts.
Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Strong proactive communication and multitasking skills to independently manage 3 to 5 client accounts.
Residency in a LATAM country is required.

Benefits

Salary starting at $3,000+ per month depending on experience.
Direct independent contractor relationship.
Unlimited PTO.
Paid company-wide break from December 24 to January 2.
