Description

  • Act as the primary link between the agency and the external SEO fulfillment partner, setting campaign goals and holding the partner accountable for deadlines and quality.
  • Perform quality control checks on client websites to verify on-page optimizations, localized content, and schema implementations are published correctly.
  • Lead monthly virtual check-in calls with business owners and explain SEO performance in terms of leads, phone calls, and ROI.
  • Monitor account health using month-over-month form submissions, local map pack visibility, and client retention metrics.
  • Maintain account tasks, reporting, and contractor follow-ups in ClickUp.
  • Identify performance dips, missed deadlines, and ranking gaps, then take ownership of resolving them.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional SEO experience with a strong focus on Local SEO.
  • Experience with Google Business Profile, local map packs, localized keyword strategy, and lead generation.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with confidence leading virtual meetings with U.S. small business owners.
  • Experience managing local service business accounts such as roofing, plumbing, HVAC, pool services, landscaping, dentists, or mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp or a similar project management system.
  • Web development familiarity with WordPress or Webflow to audit on-page implementations and published work is a plus.
  • Pure e-commerce-only experience will not be considered.
  • Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
