Description

  • Conceptualize and execute design work across integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social media, print, landing pages, and presentations.
  • Deliver high-quality creative assets that align with strict brand guidelines and premium standards.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, typically handling 2–3 tasks per day.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across time zones, primarily with a UK-based team.
  • Maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Work independently while proactively seeking feedback when needed.
  • Adapt quickly between different deliverable types and campaign requirements.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a designer, with agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in integrated or multi-channel design across digital and print.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Figma is a plus.
  • Motion graphics or animation experience with After Effects is a plus.
  • Experience working with financial services, travel, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus.
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C campaigns is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating polished design execution, attention to detail, visual hierarchy, and consistency across multiple touchpoints.
