Description

  • Monitor public commercial data sources (construction bids, planning board meetings, permit filings) to identify new developments early.
  • Conduct digital prospecting on LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry platforms to find key decision-makers (Property Managers, Developers, Architects, General Contractors).
  • Convert cold data into warm leads through personalized outreach, messaging, and initial discovery calls.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospecting lists based on geographic and vertical market research.
  • Enter leads, track touchpoints, and manage hand-offs to the outside sales team using CoreBridge.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities (e.g., new medical facilities, retail rebrands, EV charging rollouts) to position services early.
  • Perform ongoing market intelligence to stay ahead of sector trends and prioritize high-value projects.
  • Collaborate with senior outside sales to ensure lead quality and smooth transition from research to field engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales development in the sign industry.
  • Proven sales-driven mindset and self-motivation to consistently generate pipeline.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook Business Suite, and Google-based research.
  • Willingness to become a power user of CoreBridge or similar shop/CRM software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and comfort initiating outreach via email and phone.
  • Ability to conduct initial discovery calls and qualify leads before hand-off.
  • Strong investigative ('detective') mindset for finding hard-to-locate decision-makers and project contacts.
  • Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country; applications from outside LATAM will not be considered.
