Description

  • Manage multiple creative projects from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables between clients and internal creative teams.
  • Lead client communication and provide regular project updates.
  • Oversee creative calendars to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate with senior creative leadership on marketing and creative strategy initiatives.
  • Support creative optimization for eCommerce brands and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Review deliverables for quality assurance and alignment with client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, designers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify project risks, manage competing priorities, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Foster strong client relationships while advocating for client and internal team needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Creative Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience working in a creative agency, digital marketing agency, or eCommerce environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including designers and marketers.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and creative production workflows.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Experience working with Shopify (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other email marketing platforms (preferred).
  • Experience using Google Analytics (preferred).
  • Understanding of Facebook Ads and Google Ads creative workflows (preferred).
  • Previous experience supporting Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or eCommerce brands (preferred).
  • Experience managing website builds, landing pages, and email marketing projects (preferred).
