Description

  • Build, configure, and maintain outbound campaigns in Five9, including Preview, Power, and Progressive dialing modes.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs daily and identify performance issues that require corrective action.
  • Troubleshoot dialer, routing, agent setup, and softphone issues in real time.
  • Execute and maintain branded caller ID, call masking, and spam mitigation processes.
  • Lead client review meetings and follow up on agreed actions and next steps.
  • Ensure client delivery stays within contracted hours and margin targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve connect rates, pacing logic, and lead management.
  • Run daily internal project reviews to track progress, ownership, and accountability.
  • Document configurations, workflows, and processes for knowledge sharing.
  • Test and QA new campaigns or configuration changes before deployment.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and resolve issues before they escalate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on CCaaS experience, with Five9 strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of outbound dialing logic, pacing, and campaign tuning.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot telephony issues, including routing, agents, and softphones.
  • Working knowledge of TCPA, caller ID branding, and spam prevention.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into client-friendly language.
  • Background in BPO or multi-site contact centers is preferred.
  • Experience supporting auxiliary tools such as Retriever, OutboundANI, Salesforce, and RingCentral is preferred.
  • Experience managing client performance, delivery, and review processes is preferred.
