Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and wider business.
  • Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims accurately and on time.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and assist with general HR administration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of office administration or business administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work proactively, reliably, and independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Availability to work UK business hours.
  • South African professional eligible for a fully remote role supporting UK clients.
