Description

  • Build new client websites in Webflow using proven layouts and design standards for local home service businesses.
  • Update and maintain existing client websites by adding pages, editing content, updating images, and implementing design changes.
  • Create responsive, mobile-optimized pages that load quickly and convert visitors into leads.
  • Implement custom interactions, animations, and CMS collections in Webflow where applicable.
  • Maintain clean, organized Webflow project structures that are easy to hand off, update, and scale.
  • Test pages across devices and browsers before publishing to catch broken layouts and performance issues.
  • Implement on-page SEO elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, alt text, and URL structure.
  • Configure Webflow SEO settings, including canonical tags, noindex settings, and sitemap setup.
  • Set up and verify Google Search Console for new client sites and support proper indexing.
  • Support local SEO through location pages, service area pages, NAP consistency, and Google Maps/Google Business Profile visibility.
  • Manage ongoing website updates across the client portfolio, including content changes, promotions, and new service pages.
  • Monitor website performance and flag issues such as broken links, slow load times, form errors, or indexing problems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on website builds, campaign landing pages, and SEO initiatives.
  • Communicate project timelines, completion status, and blockers clearly to the team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Webflow, including building complete responsive websites from scratch.
  • Comfort with Webflow CMS, interactions, and publishing settings.
  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals, including title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy, alt text, URL structure, and site speed.
  • Strong eye for design with clean, consistent, brand-aligned layouts.
  • Experience building mobile-responsive websites that perform well across devices and screen sizes.
  • Ability to manage multiple client sites simultaneously and stay organized across a project portfolio.
  • Self-directed and reliable in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and basic SEO performance monitoring is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of local SEO best practices, including location pages, service area targeting, and NAP consistency, is preferred.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for custom code embeds or Webflow-specific tweaks is preferred.
  • Experience with Webflow CMS for blog posts, service pages, or dynamic content is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO auditing tools is preferred.
  • This is a full-time role.
  • The role pays up to $8/hour.
  • The role is 100% remote.
