Description

  • Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing formats.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, negative keyword management, and Quality Score/landing page alignment reviews to improve efficiency.
  • Write conversion-focused ad copy and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
  • Manage bidding strategies such as Target CPA, Target ROAS, and Maximize Conversions based on performance data.
  • Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, retargeting, traffic, and brand awareness objectives.
  • Develop audience strategies, set up Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and placements.
  • Manage daily and lifetime budgets across multiple client accounts and optimize toward lead and cost-per-lead goals.
  • Build monthly performance reports and translate results into plain-English insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Present campaign results in monthly client review calls and proactively flag underperforming campaigns.
  • Contribute to new client onboarding, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with SEO, content, and account management teams.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on paid media experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Experience managing 10+ client accounts simultaneously; agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, Smart Campaigns, and remarketing.
  • Solid Meta Ads experience with campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and lead generation forms.
  • Working proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting.
  • Practical experience configuring and debugging Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
  • Comfort with CallRail or a comparable call tracking platform.
  • Analytical fluency with the ability to interpret dashboards and decide what to change without prompting.
  • Clear, direct written and verbal English communication.
  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet and the ability to overlap with US Mountain Time business hours.
  • Google Ads certification in Search or Display is preferred.
  • Meta Blueprint certification is preferred.
  • Direct experience running paid media for home services, HVAC, contractors, or other local service businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and lead management workflows is preferred.
  • LinkedIn Ads experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles is preferred.
