Description

  • Own and manage daily operational tasks for the company.
  • Manage the company inbox, including email and text communications.
  • Monitor communications and ensure timely follow-up with patients and team members.
  • Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and scheduling conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication records.
  • Support treatment planning workflows and patient payment processing.
  • Own Monday Board patient creation, record maintenance, and project board updates.
  • Oversee Myo Kit shipping, fulfillment, and delivery confirmation.
  • Assist with developing and improving internal processes and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and support team members with platform usage across multiple tools.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability.
  • Up to $6/hr compensation.
  • 100% remote work arrangement.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and able to anticipate needs before problems arise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Able to take initiative and work independently with minimal direction.
  • Experience in virtual assistant, operations, or administrative roles is preferred.
