Description

  • Lead a global team that manages vendor relationships and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end procurement of global payroll vendors.
  • Conduct market research to identify best-in-class payroll vendors through networking, research, surveys, references, memberships, and RFIs.
  • Manage multiple payroll vendor projects with tight timelines.
  • Create and maintain financial cost analysis, comparisons, ROI projections, and profit margin assessments.
  • Project manage the full setup of global payroll and EOR in-housing vendor transitions, including vendor selection, stakeholder alignment, migration, testing, and communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contracted payroll vendors across multiple service platforms and countries.
  • Review invoice costs and PO cost analysis with FP&A and Payroll Operations, and identify anomalies against contractual costs.
  • Drive contract negotiations with legal teams and executives to support business strategy and margin growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in regional or global payroll operations, processing, or implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor relationship management, vendor procurement, or contract negotiations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance regulations across 3 or more countries.
  • Proficiency with G-Sheets or Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead with a positive mindset.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, asynchronous environment.
  • Fluent English writing and speaking skills.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is preferred but not required.
