Description

  • Act as the primary advisor to leadership within assigned departments on organizational health, leadership transitions, and performance strategy.
  • Provide strategic partnership to an assigned client group in alignment with the lead People Business Partner.
  • Own and resolve complex employee relations issues from end to end while maintaining a positive, values-aligned experience.
  • Lead the design, iteration, and implementation of global people programs that are scalable and high impact.
  • Review broader people team projects to ensure alignment, scalability, and impact.
  • Lead adoption of AI and automation tools across the People Partnering function to improve efficiency and reduce manual friction.
  • Analyze people data and trends to inform strategy, program decisions, and leadership recommendations.
  • Influence and iterate on high-performance culture by translating feedback into actionable strategies.
  • Act as an ambassador and contributor to the company handbook, keeping processes transparent and automated.
  • Support functional business units for most of the time while contributing to priority projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in a People team, specifically in an Employee Relations or People Partner capacity, supporting a global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and execute complex projects end to end.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect people strategy to business performance.
  • Experience coaching and influencing leaders through complex organizational change.
  • Strong comfort using AI tools and automation to remove workflow friction.
  • Demonstrated discretion and expert judgment when handling high-risk, sensitive, and confidential issues.
  • Ability to use data to diagnose organizational health and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • High emotional intelligence and values-led judgment in sensitive situations.
  • Exceptional writing skills and comfort working in an async, documentation-heavy environment.
