Description

  • Provide legal and strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance service delivery.
  • Monitor Remote products and services for immigration compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and manage in-house immigration services to improve revenue generation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
  • Maintain awareness of immigration law changes and keep internal documentation compliant.
  • Handle escalations, determine when senior review is needed, and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
  • Advise on travel needs, immigration processes, and sponsorship cases.
  • Manage case statuses using case management and billing systems.
  • Improve processes through automation and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or a similar role, with a focus on immigration.
  • Strong understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure during periods of high workload.
  • Experience in the technology sector or a rapidly scaling company is highly desirable.
  • Flexible, adaptable team player who can respond to evolving priorities and changing processes.
  • Demonstrated customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
  • Interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws and developing expertise.
  • Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal oversight is an advantage.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
