Description

  • Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters and a Sourcer (direct reports: 6 Recruiters, 1 Sourcer).
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and provide ongoing performance coaching and development for team members.
  • Take complete ownership of hiring metrics and pipelines for assigned business areas, including digging into root causes of trends and proposing solutions to senior leadership.
  • Shape the vision and long-term Talent Acquisition strategy in close partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition and People leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Leaders to ensure hiring targets are met and candidates receive a strong hiring experience.
  • Remove operational roadblocks in collaboration with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other People leaders to speed hiring processes.
  • Drive innovation by exploring, assessing and implementing new processes, programs and tools to improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Work cross-functionally with Total Rewards, People Transformation, Talent Management, and People Business Partners on hiring-related initiatives.
  • Identify, design and oversee high-impact Talent Acquisition projects and proactively introduce creative, scalable changes to recruiting strategy.
  • Act as an advocate for global diversity, remote working and company values, ensuring these are reflected throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a GTM recruiting function at a tech startup or high-growth company, with at least some years' experience managing a recruiting team.
  • Hands-on experience reporting on hiring metrics and pipelines and driving data-driven hiring strategies.
  • Experience using predictive analytics or similar approaches to inform hiring decisions and forecasting.
  • Track record of experimenting and launching new initiatives that improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results at pace to meet company scaling needs.
  • Experience shaping long-term TA strategy in collaboration with senior People leaders.
  • Ambitious and intentional approach to diversity and inclusion in hiring.
  • High sense of urgency, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize, delegate and take ownership.
  • Experience managing all-remote or geographically distributed teams is a plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; ability to operate in an async, distributed environment.
