Description

  • Own a full product line end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through design, engineering implementation, operational workflow setup, and go-to-market.
  • Define and execute product strategy, prioritize and scope features, and design solutions that meet business and customer outcomes.
  • Lead zero-to-one and iterative product development, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Manage and coordinate a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and QA to deliver product outcomes.
  • Operationalize delivery processes and set up best-in-class product management practices across the product team.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to align roadmaps and drive implementation.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate needs, and shape product experiences.
  • Present product plans, progress, and outcomes to leadership to ensure visibility and alignment.
  • Mentor and develop junior product owners to grow product management capability within the organisation.
  • Communicate proactively across cultures and time zones and manage priorities independently in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years total professional experience, including 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Previous experience at a high-growth tech startup or as a tech entrepreneur; ideally having built or scaled a product to at least seed stage (preferred).
  • Proven ability to own initiatives from conception to launch and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with strong problem-solving skills and a first-principles approach to complexity.
  • Fundamental understanding of exceptional UX and its impact on customer experience.
  • Demonstrated bias toward action, ownership, and delivering results beyond one’s direct scope.
  • Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional projects across Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership, including managing team roadmaps, goals, and performance.
  • Adept at proactive cross-cultural communication and systematic time management for remote, distributed teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, AI-forward startup environment (experience with AI products or data-driven features is a plus).
